Seema’s Three-Tier Pricing Strategy

In this video, Seema demonstrates with examples about how she and her team stepped up their pricing in three tiers, but emphasizes the importance of backing up those increases with higher quality, more excellent service, and unquestionable value. She explains how you can’t go from zero to ten immediately, but rather need to terrace the increase in order to make the transition more palatable for guests of any business. But, by the time you reach your goal, your market will have adapted and your clientele will be exactly those who value you the most.
