Fahim is a social media mentor known for his love of hashtags. He loves what he does and would love to show you how to make 21st century sales and marketing easy, simply by being authentic, appreciative, respectful, responsive, empathetic, collaborative, and all-around awesome.

Fahim is currently the effervescent Vice President of Island Ship Center, the #SpaOfShipping, located in Grand Island, New York, just 15 minutes north of Buffalo and adjacent to Niagara Falls, which he runs with his wife, best friend, and business partner, Seema. What started as a small FedEx Authorized ShipCenter® in 2006 has evolved into a fully functional shipping depot, print shop, small gift boutique, and business center, specializing in personalized guest experiences and motivational splendor.

A former Board Chair of the Association of Mail & Business Centers (AMBC), a national non-profit organization that guides and binds together independent shipping and mail service businesses to grow and succeed together, Fahim finished his official service to AMBC in 2023 as the association’s ex officio Director of Motivation and Advisor to the Board. He still advises as needed and loves to inspire fellow AMBC Members with regular articles in the industry-leading trade magazine, MBC Today, and empower fellow small business owners with social media and marketing strategies that they can implement in their own businesses.

Fahim, Seema, and their son Yusuf launched AYM High Consultants at the start of 2024 after seeing such a need in their home industry for contemporary business coaching and mission focusing. He’s also working on a podcast which will be announced soon with his good friend, colleague, and brother from another mother, Marty Johnson.

Fahim tries to live by the four P’s (Passion, Patience, Persistence, and Politeness) and the four G’s (Grace, Grit, Generosity, and Gratitude);  his motto is “Resilient Optimism“ (because “carpe diem” was already taken); his emails are frequently signed with the phrase, “With effervescence, gratitude, and optimism.”
