Timeline
On a two-day visit in July 2024, Yusuf, Fahim, and Marty spent time with Josh, Levi, Alex, and their families in the gutted space that they plan to open the first The Mailbox Club in, inside Super 1 Foods in Hayden, Idaho. Prior to our visit, AYM High coaches met with the team remotely on Zoom and other calls to prepare, order the perfect fixtures, mailboxes, and equipment, and lay the groundwork for a business plan. Follow-up calls to our visit have been instrumental in implementation and excellence. In the fall of 2024, The Mailbox Club came to New York to visit the AYM High headquarters and training center in order to have hands-on experience in operations, processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and get inspiration. The combination of our visit to them, their visit to us, and continuing monthly coaching calls have set up The Mailbox Club for incredible success!
Goals
To assist four already successful and prolific entrepreneurs in their joint venture to open a high-end, exclusive, and extremely classy mailbox center inside a grocery store in the former video rental space that closed years prior. If successful, The Mailbox Club will grow to dozens of locations in the Northern Idaho, Eastern Washington, and Western Montana market with an exclusive partnership with the popular Super 1 Foods chain.
Results
As a result of our visit, The Mailbox Club was able to have a very successful grand opening in December 2024, welcomed by the community with open arms. In addition to mailbox rentals, because of AYM High’s guidance, The Mailbox Club is also now a professional printing location and offers many other services in their growing list of specialties. A second location in Rathdrum, Idaho was added in 2025, with more locations in the works; AYM High is helping customize each new location to reach specific markets and demographics, as well as to analyze margins, increase profitability, and add new services and protocols to each existing location.

We are also excited about The Mailbox Club membership "community passport" perks package (a way to bring the community together) which is a program that businesses in the community are coming on board to offer fun discounts and incentives for being a member of The Mailbox Club.”
