Beginning in June 2024, the AYM High team has had monthly coaching and accountability calls with Sydni and Wil. Each month, this power couple’s brilliant marketing prowess and grit shines as they have far exceeded expectations and have been able to add shipping, redo their mailbox offerings and structure, and enter into the print world. Calls have since transitioned to as-needed, though AYM High remains available to Sydni and Wil to answer questions and share shortcuts to success whenever they reach out.
Goals
To assist Sydni and Wil, new owners of a mailbox facility near Napa, California, grow their business by adding new services, growing existing services, creating focus, and providing accountability for continued growth.
Results
Sydni and Wil increased their gross revenue five-fold in less than a year in business from what the previous owners had done. They also own and operate Smart Simple Marketing and have used their knowledge and skillset to grow their email list also by nearly 500%. During our monthly coaching period before calls shifted to as-needed, goals set for accountability on the previous call were often not only met, but far exceeded. After just eleven months of ownership, they were even profiled in MBC Today, the print, mailbox, retail shipping, logistics, and business center industry’s leading publication. Their focus on community and relationship-based business is the key to their success.
