Timeline
Monthly coaching calls with Shull started in 2025 and continue, as each month Ship Happens continues to grow and strategically implement guidance given by AYM High Consultants. In March of 2026, Fahim and Marty made a mini onsite visit to Liz and Shull while in New Orleans for an industry conference. At that onsite visit, the AYM High coaches met many of the Ship Happens team, toured their beautiful location in a high-rise office building in downtown New Orleans, and shared lots of advice, tips, tricks, and strategies.
Goals
Help grow profitability, adjust pricing and margins, work on aesthetics, set goals, maintain accountability, and expand services and future locations for Ship Happens in downtown New Orleans.
Results
Ship Happens is growing strong, thanks to their partnership with AYM High. Monthly coaching calls are primarily with Shull and he shares his and Liz’s good news and current challenges. Together, we set goals and make accountability follow-up tasks, and the results in their growth, profitability, and level of service are outstanding.
