Timeline
Fahim and Seema performed a two-day onsite visit in July 2024 that focused on layout, services, mission, vision, systems, and sourcing. Yusuf and Marty performed a second two-day onsite visit in August 2024 that polished the layout, signage, marketing, systems, and flow, and focused on training, rates, margins, and image. Accountability calls and follow-up guidance for six months, to be extended as needed.
Goals
Assist with branding, layout, mission, systems, services, sourcing, and training of a brand new business start-up that will focus on notary, mailboxes, and shipping, serving a thriving multi-lingual market in the Rio Grande Valley.
Results
Relay Shipping had a standing-room-only grand opening on September 25, 2024, and their spot-on brand, impeccably laid out storefront, filling-up quickly mailboxes, and bilingual messaging has already made a large impact on their community and inspired the Relay Shipping team to dream even bigger for their next location that’s already being pre-planned. Expectations have been far exceeded.
