As AYM High Consultants coach Marty’s local shipping spot, now that he’s moved to Southern Delaware, Milton Mail Boxes and its owners, Angela and Zach, have become a lifeline in Marty’s new world. From the first time he set foot inside their amazing business, Marty has been investing time and care into helping Zach and Angela learn, grow, adapt, and soar.
Goals
To assist Zach and Angela fine-tune, grow, and profit from their printing, mailbox, packing, shipping, and logistics business in the growing area of Sussex County, Delaware.
Results
Among countless accomplishments, Marty has worked with Angela and Zach to hire their first lasting team members, add additional services, hone in on print, adjust margins, upgrade software, zhuzh aesthetics, add retail, create new signage and marketing materials, and grow their bottom line significantly. A second location is in the brainstorming process, with many more exciting updates coming soon!
