The AYM High team has visited Shelley in Honolulu a couple of times and meets with her, often twice per month, to work through challenges and opportunities.
Goals
Work with Shelley to explore options for her long-established and popular business near Honolulu, from staffing to pricing to possible expansion and/or consolidation.
Results
ASAP is one of the AYM High team’s favorite projects, and Shelley is–hands down–one of our favorite clients. Her light shines! On each call, we are inspired and rejuvenated by her drive, direction, and dedication to excellence. We have helped her really rethink how she operates, where she wants to go, and how she wants to manage her businesses. We’ve reassessed rates and margins, revamped private mailbox systems, discussed staffing concerns, negotiated lease renewals, and have made plans for exciting things that are to come.
