Timeline
On Labor Day weekend in 2024, Lyndi and her father and sister attended the first-ever sold-out AYM High Mini-Summit in Grand Island, New York, at the AYM High headquarters and adjacent training facility. Over the weekend, they absorbed training, tours, demonstrations, and networking, leaving full of ideas and inspiration. A month or so later, Yusuf was able to make a quick visit to their new facility in Avon, Ohio, and the AYM High team has been available to answer questions and assist as needed.
Goals
Help Lyndi and her family train for and polish a fabulous brand new business offering print, mailboxes, shipping, and more.

&Mail had a fantastic grand opening in January 2025 and have enjoyed business growth since. Lyndi wrote a testimonial about her experience:
Having the AYM High team has been such a fulfilling, meaningful experience. I truly value the mentorship that AYM High has provided me with because it has created a sense of empowerment in myself and given me the knowledge and skills to achieve new levels of success at my store. AYM High isn’t just a business to me. It’s a network of lifelong friendships that all share a common passion in this industry. The in-depth focus on every aspect of the pack and ship world has given me so much confidence, drive, and motivation.
When a problem arises that I need help with, I have complete faith that any one of my valued friends from AYM High can give me the guidance I need to not only resolve my problem, but understand the problem and make the appropriate changes so that it either 1) doesn't happen again or 2) is easily resolved with a solid level of understanding if it should ever happen again.
Before diving into this industry (head first to say the least), I knew nothing. I was completely new at this entire industry. My dream of owning this store came to fruition 10 months ago. Now 10 months later I own that store from my dream. And with the help of AYM High, my success and knowledge continues to grow and evolve. I am so excited to see where Ill be in another 10 months.
My dad is my number one mentor. He always has been and always will be. With his grit and work ethic and all the business and professionalism advice he’s taught me, along with AYM High and their knowledge of the pack, ship, and print industry, there’s no way I can’t succeed–or should I say soar, as Fahim will say.
